Two years ago my husband and I remodeled our kitchen. Three years ago we remodeled our main bathroom. Both of these restorations were major undertakings. We completely gutted the rooms and started from scratch with new hope and vigor. We used a local contractor for both operations and we appreciated the fact that he was able to save us a substantial amount of money. Aside from taking a little longer than expected, he did a wonderful job and we were quite pleased. In fact we were so proud of our new changes that we invited neighbors over to "show off" our redesigned rooms. Almost to a person the reaction was "WOW", "that looks great!" We really enjoyed the compliments and such feedback helped confirm to my husband and I that we spent a fair amount of money for a good cause. Lately however I notice when I enter either room, they seem to have lost their "WOW" factor. A few weeks ago I just happened to mention my situation to a lady that goes to my church. She turned me onto a solution that I will be forever grateful. That magical solution turned out to be a line of cleaning products called "Tekon". The company makes a series of kits that are designed for the cleaning and protection of a number of different materials and surfaces. At first I couldn't believe that the act of cleaning would make that much difference. But boy was I ever so wrong! Unlike the normal cleaning products you can find in the huge home improvement stores, the Tekon line of cleaning solutions includes a protection feature that is truly exciting to see in action. I went to http://www.tekon.com and purchased a "Bath Kit", "Kitchen Kit" and a "Stainless Steel Kit" to use on my new refrigerator and dishwasher. All three orders were conveniently packaged and carried a varying number of cleaning agents and protective compounds, usually contained in mid-sized spray bottles that are easy to hold and use. Each kit also included a micro-fiber cloth and pad for the application of the solutions. I was pleasantly surprised that these cleaning agents did not carry any harsh smells and were extremely effective in doing the job they were intended to do. When I finished each room I can honestly confess that I have returned the "WOW" factor back to my kitchen and bath. Not only does everything look great, but the protective quality of the kit actually repels dirt, grime and even spills. I now spend half the amount of time doing my normal cleaning because nothing seems to stick. I just wipe it off and I'm done. I'm really happy and proud of my kitchen and bath again. Thanks Tekon!
